Check out the new binks they have out. How cute is this. His own set of dentures at age 2 1/2 months. He is a well photographed baby and has quite the temper when he doesn't get his own way. This picture was when grandma was watching him and he wanted to be fed. Thank goodness for baby bottles and breast pumps.

Two months old

Two months old. He hasn't slept through the night yet. He is a night owl like his grandma. Sleeps during the day and keeps the adults that are day people awake at night. Diaper changes, baths in his duck tub, and still nursing. He is growing like a weed and still has that dandilion puff of hair. Check out the new photos of our growing baby.

Well he is one month old and cute as a button, but then again I am biased because I am his gma. He is still crying through the night and that brings alot of attention from the members of his household. Gma has been working many shifts at night and sleeping during the day, so I have not had a lot of time to hold and console him when he is crying and his parents do not get a break. He is well loved and we just have to get him through this stage in his life.

A new experience

Having a grandbaby in the house is a new experience for me. Working nights and trying to sleep during the day is hard with a baby crying, but I would not change that for all the money in the world. The joy of seeing your grandchild growing before your eyes is a wonderful experience. Watching him get his first bath, sleeping in the partial sunshine and enjoying the look of wonder and awe on the new parents, as well as the uncle and aunts, that also live in the house and the ones that come to visit the new golden child. It is a very new and rewarding experience for all.

Welcome

Welcome to the new grandbaby. Born June 3, 2009. 8 lbs. 11 ounces. 20 1/2 inches long. He is an experience for the new parents. Crying, up most of the night, change me, feed me. He is breastfeeding. Good for him and the new mother. The new dad is changing diapers and bathing the new grandson. Grandma is so proud of them and the new baby. Grandma is enjoying quilting for the new golden child. We all love him. Four generations of great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins. Lucky child.
